  • A 33% deposit secures booking.
  • Your deposit must be received at least six weeks before the holiday date.
  • An Accidental Damage Deposit of £50 (refundable) is also required.
  • Late bookings are accepted subject to availability.
  • The balance is payable prior to your holiday.
  • Comprehensive details will be sent prior to your holiday.
  • Period of tenure - 3.00pm Saturday to 10.00am following Saturday.
  • We accept pets by arrangement
  • We accept no liability other than that required in law.
  • We exercise a "Duty of Care" to our clients.
  • We expect our clients to take reasonable steps to ensure their own safety and look after our holiday home.
  • It is the client's responsibility to read the terms in full when received with the booking confirmation and raise concerns in advance.
